Operators may change the schedule during the day, and schedules do not apply during accidents and emergency outages. The app shows what the operator has published and may receive changes with a delay
Yes. Reminders are scheduled on the phone in advance. To get them exactly on time, allow exact notifications for the app in settings
In some regions only queue selection is available: you can find your queue number on your power company's website. New regions and addresses are added gradually
