Who we are
Svitlochas is an app and website by Korysnyk LTD (England and Wales, company number 16942523, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). Contact - admin@korysnyk.care
What data we process
- The address or outage queue you select. The app sends the identifier of the selected queue and building to our server to show the schedule
- Technical request data - ip address and request time in server logs
- Your list of addresses, their names and notification settings are stored only on your device
- The website stores the selected language in a cookie and in browser storage
What we do not do
We do not require registration, do not collect your name, phone number or email, do not use advertising, and do not share data with third parties, except for the website analytics described below. The mobile app contains no third-party analytics
Analytics and cookies
On the websites svitlochas.care and app.svitlochas.care we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they open. It is switched on only after you agree in the cookie notice. There is no Google Analytics in the mobile app
- With your consent Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga and receives information about the pages viewed, approximate location derived from the ip address, and device and browser type
- Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms and may transfer it outside your country
- The cookie_consent cookie stores your choice for six months, the locale cookie stores the selected language. They are necessary for the site to work and are not used for tracking
- You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site. If you decline, analytics is not loaded
Why we need the data
To show and update the outage schedule for the selected address
How long we keep the data
Technical server logs are kept no longer than needed to operate and protect the service. A mark that a street was requested is not linked to a person

- Notifications - to remind you about outages
- Exact alarms - to deliver reminders on time
- Run at startup - to restore reminders after a reboot
Your rights
You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. To delete technical records on the server, write to admin@korysnyk.care

The service is not intended for children under 13
